It's great, the model I bought has all three functions. When you start the car, it performs the massage, heat, inflation and deflation cycle, then there's another button where you can set each option separately. In principle, I'm satisfied; we'll see the results over time with use.

Man i absolutely love this thing, just used it for the first time for 30 mins and had be feeling super good. only thing i dont like about it is that you have to keep it plugged in for power for it to work. but still definitely worth it
The noise is so loud that I don't think I'll be able to sleep. The tapping function is very weak. The vibration makes my head tingle and the heat is just right. I thought the stretching function was okay... What did you expect for this price? Haha~^^*

Do not buy this unless you are willing to accept that it requires to be powered constantly with your own usb c cable and charger (not included). it is not a "wireless & battery-less" product as shown in the pictures. tried to return the product because i wanted a massager that can operate with an internal lithium-ion so i can bring it around and not get stuck to the wall plug but the customer service refused my request even though returns and refunds are eligible. so buyer beware!

I love it so much.. I hope it doesn't break down and lasts a long time... Even if you just use it as a pillow without vibrating it. It's comfortable to sleep on your side. I'll use it for about a week and see if there are any issues. I need to buy one more as a gift. The vibration isn't strong, but it makes a sound like a lullaby. Haha. It's good to use Aero to moisten the throat.
The craftsmanship is good. You cannot use the vibrating massage and heating functions at the same time.

I don't understand why this product has such good reviews. The vibrations reached my head and caused dizziness, but it's definitely not suitable for people with dizziness in their heads; it makes me feel dizzy afterwards. The air cushion that supports the cervical spine is too weak; it goes up and down in just 1 second and only goes up to a very low height, so it's useless for anything. I want to ask the reviewers why this is good. Why is this better?
It was nice that it had a heating function, but I didn't realize there was no timer function, and when I woke up after falling asleep, it was still working.

It's a neck massager, but since you can't do anything while lying down and using it, it's mostly used while sitting in a chair and applying it to the waist. Of course, it's also comfortable to use around the neck.

Everything is good, but this can only be used with the string connected, so it's really not convenient to use in bed. It's quite decent, but I can't use it because my hair gets tangled in a mess, but my husband uses it well.
