1. About these terms

This website, somaform.store (the "Store"), is operated by TRADECLICK LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company doing business as Somaform ("Somaform", "we", "us" or "our"). By visiting the Store or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, which are incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, please do not use the Store.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least the age of majority in your state of residence to place an order. We currently sell and ship to customers in the United States only.

3. Product use and health disclaimer

Somaform products are general wellness and comfort accessories. They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or condition. Product descriptions are for general information only and are not medical advice. If you have a neck, spine or other medical condition, are pregnant, or are unsure whether a product is right for you, consult a qualified healthcare professional before use. Stop using the product if you experience pain, discomfort, numbness or difficulty breathing. Do not wear the product while sleeping, driving or operating machinery, and keep it away from children.

4. Products, pricing and availability

We try to display products, colors, prices and descriptions as accurately as possible, but we don't guarantee that all information is error-free. Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change at any time without notice. Bundle offers, discounts and free gifts are valid only while stated on the Store, cannot be combined unless shown at checkout, and have no cash value. We may limit quantities or discontinue products at any time.

5. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We may refuse or cancel any order — for example, in case of a pricing or product error, suspected fraud, or limited stock. If we cancel an order after you've been charged, we'll refund you in full.

6. Payment

Payments are processed securely through Shopify and its payment partners. By placing an order, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout.

7. Shipping, returns and refunds

Shipping times, costs and our 30-day return process are described in our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy. Title and risk of loss pass to you when the order is delivered to the carrier.

8. Reviews and content you submit

If you submit reviews, photos or other content, you confirm that it is truthful and yours to share, and you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce and display it in connection with the Store and our marketing. We may remove content at our discretion.

9. Intellectual property

All content on the Store — including text, images, logos, designs and the Somaform name — belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce or use it for commercial purposes without our written permission.

10. Prohibited uses

You agree not to use the Store for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its security or operation, to submit false information, or to attempt to access accounts or data that aren't yours.

11. Third-party services and links

The Store may use or link to third-party services (such as payment processors, shipping carriers and review apps). We're not responsible for third-party content, policies or services.

12. Disclaimer of warranties

Except as expressly stated in our Refund Policy, the Store and all products are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TRADECLICK LLC and its members, employees and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the Store or any product. Our total liability for any claim relating to a product will not exceed the amount you paid for that product.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TRADECLICK LLC from any claims, losses or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Store or products.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection laws.

16. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page, and the "Last updated" date will change accordingly.
